Catalogue text

This painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Red Rock Art which states: 'The artist often paints the travels of the Black Snake through the Great Sandy Desert. As the snake travelled, he/she formed the landscape. In this work, the black lines represent the snake and simultaneously the cracks, waterways and gullies that are there today.'
