This painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Papunya Tula Artists Pty Ltd, Alice Springs.

In this painting, Tjangala has portrayed imagery associated with the rockhole and soakage water site of Tjuntulpul, near the Kiwirrkura Community. Tingari Men would camp at this site before travelling to Pinari, north-east of the Kintore Community. Whilst at this site, the men would gather a small black berry known as ngamunypurru, or conkerberry, from the thorny shrub Carissa lanceolata. These berries are reputed to be sweet in taste and are considered a 'chosen' food, though only in season for a few weeks of each year.
