This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Short Street Gallery, Broome, Western Australia which states: ‘Spider has painted the tali (sand dunes) at Minymurrka, his country which is near Well 33 on the Canning Stock Route in the Great Sandy Desert in Western Australia. The white is milk water which runs from a warla (mud flat) between this country. This place is where the Wati Kutjarra men stopped in the dreamtime.’
