This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tjungu Palya Arts which states:

‘Ngayuku ngura (this is my country). There are many rockholes here. It is sacred country, an important place. The place I was born is Mount Aloysius, where there is a big rock hole. My mother used to look after me at this place. After we travelled to Unpitji and Kunputina. This a sacred place. Another rockhole is Mapantji. At Tjilputja all the bird women from the dreamtime are making wiltja (shelter). The other rockholes are Iwarra, Althutjara and Palka Ala. There are rock holes all through this lamd. My country is good country, plenty of water and bush foods.
The circles in my painting are the rockholes and the travelling tracks are marked out in lines.’
