Condition: This work is in excellent, stable and near original condition.
This watercolour is float mounted on to its original backing board. The frame and silk slip are also original.
The watercolour pigments remain strong and vibrant particularly in the row of terrace houses. The ink signature and inscription has faded slightly over time.
