This work is in very good, stable and near original condition. There are fine and varied drying cracks in the paint film on the beak and legs of the Ibis and to a much lesser extent in the parts of the trunks of the brown tree trunks and green foliage above the bird. This fine cracking is old, stable and not visually disturbing. Under ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of past restoration.
