Condition:
This work is in very good, stable and near original condition.
There are areas of very fine, old drying cracks found mostly in the black, dark blue and green pigments at the centre, and in the upper left quadrants and lower half of the work. These are old, stable and visible in the enlarged online catalogue image.
Under ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of past restoration.
The work is housed in a cream painted timber frame.
