Condition:
This work is in very good, stable and near original condition.
The work is created in two panels.
The right hand panel is a canvas support over a timber stretcher in the traditional manner, which has a series of soft scuff marks on the surface.
The left hand panel was created using timber and screws, which feature in the finished work.
The left side of the left panel appears to have a ten centimetre vertical band, where the surface has discoloured (yellowed) over time.
Under ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of past restoration.
